Mr. Man holds a Master Degree in Business Administration awarded by The University of Sheffield, England and has over 30 years of experience in finance and company secretarial fields, and have worked at senior management level for both listed and sizable companies in various industries, including financial services sector, manufacturing and distribution sector. He is the Fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants; CPA, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and Fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. Mr. Man had been the Executive Director and Company Secretary of Planetree International Development Limited (HK listed company), Executive Director and Company Secretary of Mason Financial Holdings Limited (HK listed company), and Head of Finance & Administration Dept of Tate’s Cairn Tunnel Company Limited.
